FLAVOURS
All our cakes are made using the highest quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan vanilla and Belgian chocolate.
They are all covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before we ice them. Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream which adds to the decadence and luxury of your cake. Ganache also enables us to achieve the sharp, clean lines that we are known for.

Dark chocolate sponge layered with peanut nougat buttercream, caramel sauce and sprinkled with chocolate covered peanuts
Black Forest (contains alcohol)
Dark chocolate sponge drizzled with a Kirsch liqueur syrup layered with Kirsch-soaked cherries, vanilla buttercream and Morello cherry preserve
