NOT ONLY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT YOUR CAKE LOOKS FABULOUS BUT IT MUST TASTE INCREDIBLE TOO.

All our cakes are made using the highest quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgian chocolate.

They are all covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before we ice them. Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream which adds to the decadence and luxury of your cake. Ganache also enables us to achieve the sharp, clean lines that we are known for.

 

Vanilla
Madagascan vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry or strawberry preserve

 

Lemon
Lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

 

White Chocolate & Raspberry
White chocolate and raspberry sponge layered with raspberry buttercream and raspberry preserve

White Chocolate, Lemon & Blueberry

Cherry Bakewell (contains nuts and alcohol)

Almond and cherry sponge drizzled with Amaretto syrup and layered with almond buttercream and Morello cherry preserve

Peach & Prosecco (contains alcohol)

Peach and prosecco infused sponge drizzled with prosecco syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream and peach preserve

Elderflower, Lemon & Gin (contains alcohol)

Elderflower infused sponge drizzled with gin and tonic syrup and layered with elderflower buttercream and lemon curd

Caramel Apple
Cinnamon apple sponge layered with vanilla buttercream, caramel sauce and white chocolate crispy pearls

 

Coconut & Lime

Coconut sponge layered with lime buttercream and lime curd

Snickers (contains nuts)
Dark chocolate sponge layered with peanut nougat buttercream, caramel sauce and sprinkled with chocolate covered peanuts

Black Forest (contains alcohol)
Dark chocolate sponge drizzled with a Kirsch liqueur syrup layered with Kirsch-soaked cherries, vanilla buttercream and Morello cherry preserve
