All our cakes are made using the highest quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan vanilla and Belgian chocolate.

They are all covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before we ice them. Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream which adds to the decadence and luxury of your cake. Ganache also enables us to achieve the sharp, clean lines that we are known for.

Orange sponge layered with chocolate orange buttercream and chocolate sauce


White and dark chocolate sponges layered with marshmallow buttercream and chocolate sauce


Salted Caramel

Caramel mud cake layered with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel sauce

Cherry Bakewell (contains nuts and alcohol)

Almond and cherry sponge drizzled with Amaretto syrup and layered with almond buttercream and Morello cherry preserve

Peach & Prosecco (contains alcohol)

Peach and prosecco infused sponge drizzled with prosecco syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream and peach preserve

Elderflower, Lemon & Gin (contains alcohol)

Elderflower infused sponge drizzled with gin and tonic syrup and layered with elderflower buttercream and lemon curd

Caramel Apple
Cinnamon apple sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and caramel sauce


Coconut & Lime

Coconut sponge layered with lime buttercream and lime curd

Snickers (contains nuts)
Dark chocolate sponge layered with peanut nougat buttercream, caramel sauce and sprinkled with chocolate covered peanuts

Black Forest (contains alcohol)
Dark chocolate sponge drizzled with a Kirsch liqueur syrup layered with Kirsch-soaked cherries, vanilla buttercream and Morello cherry preserve

PLEASE NOTE: All our cakes are made using eggs, butter, milk, cream and cereals containing gluten and have been made in a kitchen where nuts are used.
